How to become a Proposal Reviewer
Volunteering to review proposals for the programs to which you may be interested in applying and for the journals that you read is simple – just send your CV with a cover letter to the program officer or editor.
At the NEH, for example, click on Become a peer reviewer. At NIH, find information on the peer review process and links to review group rosters.
