About Us
At Wake Forest University, we believe that a community of inquiry is essential to the institutional mission of Pro Humanitate. Our team serves as the primary advocate for fostering research that transcends boundaries and provides the infrastructure for the discovery, scholarship, and artistic expression that define our institution.
Our Mission
We exist to support the diverse and ambitious pursuits of Wake Forest faculty. Whether through laboratory science, humanities and social sciences scholarship, or creative performance, we empower our community to venture beyond traditional academic confines to generate new knowledge and serve the greater societal good.

Faculty Support: Offering grant-seeking assistance, funding resources and research support to faculty across all disciplines.
Infrastructure & Compliance: Working closely with our University partners to establish a robust foundation for ethical research, ensuring compliance with federal and state regulations, and protecting the integrity of the university’s research enterprise.
Collaboration & Innovation: Acting as a catalyst for multidisciplinary partnerships, connecting researchers across campus and with external public and private groups to turn ideas into impactful solutions.
